WIESEN to do kited vista pruning of selective trees <br /> with maintenance in perpetuity at 30 Wheelhouse Lane. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised they carne in before for pruning of Autumn Olive. The <br /> landscaper granted permission to continue vistas pruning. They have done this <br /> work satisfactorily within the guidelines. <br /> Fubhc comments: none <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending number and comments <br /> from DEP and receipts for abutter notification. Unanimous ani mous Vote. <br /> CLOSE PENDING. <br /> 8:30 JOHN L. WEST to construct and install gabions on a coastal bank, <br /> reconstruction of emoting clod with interim approval#3331; and a request for <br /> maintenance in perpetuity for the structures at 26 l usseH Road. Abutter <br /> notification receipts were provided. <br /> Nk. Sherman stated this was previously approved by Chapter 91 but if ever <br /> reconstructed, it was to be down-sized. They had also done beach <br /> nourishment. The wall was done but did not work. 'They are coming in with <br /> plan clone by Bill Luis for a gabin structure. He endorsed the plan stated it <br /> is with the coniines of what Chapter 91 has asked for. It is all above Mean <br /> High water. The plan was reviewed. <br /> Public comments: None <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of DEP number <br /> and comments.
