The storage area is not enclosed, it <br /> is on pedestals, open on gree sides. Towed vessels can be moored here <br /> temporarily. To gave the state the 5 foot clearance, they have ramped a <br /> section. <br /> Nir. Desrosiers questioned a cesspool for the abutters placed in the town right <br /> of way? Mr. Sanic] i advised this was done before the taping. <br /> Aft. Sharpe asked if here will be any toilets in here? Mr. Sanic i stated there <br /> will be no running water and no toilets. it is in the flood plain. Little River <br /> Boatyard allows the use of their facilities. The property sloes not lend itself to <br /> Title V and would have to be a Bouse House type situation. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated.the Rivers Act is not applicable because a building permit <br /> was wed in a timely manner. The work limit could be moved a little closer to <br /> the building. Mr. Sanicki had no objection. Mr. Sherman stated a 50 feet set- <br /> back is not possible here. The area has already had alteration; two or tree <br /> pine trees wig.be cut. Some areas wiH be vegetated with shrubs. They have <br /> met the burden of proof, it could not be done in any other way. Board of <br /> Appeals is not required. <br /> Rick York stated the building would ready be a big help for town services and <br /> public safety as well. The Shellfish boat will be docked here also. <br /> Nir. Sherman stated the width of the walkway is to permit the hauling of <br /> moorings.
