Data were collected in <br /> October and November and three additional rounds of sampling are proposed <br /> for April, June and September. The meters can be removed during the <br /> summer months when there is a heavy use by the public of the waterways. <br /> He stated most of the plumes are deep. If you move 50 to 10 feet off shore, it <br /> falls off to almost nothing. If there is a plume moving in, it would be in the <br /> first 100 feet. The question is whether it is going into the pond or underneath <br /> the pond.
