Torn.O'Neidl presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if this is a complete dismantling? Mr. O'Neill stated no, <br /> they are adding a second floor using the existing foundation and renovating <br /> off that. Also, they are taping a portion of the garage and putting in a laundry <br /> room. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated if a sentence is added to the request that an on-site will <br /> e held with the contractor prior to the start of work to establish work its. <br /> Mr. Green asked if a plan could be required? Mr. Sherman stated without an <br /> on-site he would be leery of this plan, Mr. 'NeM stated he wM provide a plan <br /> already on ale with the Building Inspector. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination upon <br /> receipt of a proper plan. The previous searing was continued in order to <br /> explore other possibilities. Mr. Roche looped at gabions with Dill Lewis. This <br /> is a viable alternative but triples the cost of the project. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated another possibility is fiber rods although not as long- <br /> lasting. <br /> o g- <br /> asting. <br />
