3 April 1997 <br /> Page 1 . <br /> Baker Bogs: The Agent advised he net with the Baker family. He told therm <br /> they can go as far as the first aitch. They have agreed to do that but they <br /> wished to retain their right to go further in the future. They were told that <br /> would need clarification. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to send a letter that they may go as far <br /> as the first ditch now but if they wish to go further than that, the <br /> matter will have to be clammed as to whether or not that land is <br /> true.y exempt. Unanimous Vote. <br /> Mosquito Control: Town counsel's opinion distributed for review. It was <br /> suggested the Comm ssion request a meeting with then". Letter to be seat. <br /> Kraft: A negative determination was issued. There is no moray to amend this <br /> for them to move the tennis court in order to excavate less. It is well over 200 <br /> feet from the creek. <br /> VOTE; Motion made and seconded to approve the requested move by letter <br /> with the amended site plan. <br /> Pn olfino: A negative determination was issued for a garage. They are <br /> requesting to put an exercise room over the garage. It would be unheated. <br /> This was acceptable. <br /> Board of Appeals: Merino previewed. All plans should be the same before all <br /> Boards. They will have to amend heir order if the plan is not the sane. <br /> VWLSF: The Agent advised there is a problem with increased requests to <br /> continue pruning upland of the wetland. He is now getting requests to cut <br /> into the BVW itself. The performance ace standards for BVW was condensed and <br /> distributed. Language to be written. <br /> The Commission was polled to go into Executive Session. <br /> AYE: Elliot Rosenberg, John Johansen, George Green Jr., Harry Desrosiers, <br /> David Sharpe, Ralph Shaw. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to go into Executive Session and not <br /> re-enter open session. Unanimous Vote. <br />
