3 April 1997 <br /> Page 1 . <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated it should be made clear to Mr. Green what the position <br /> of the Commission is with respect to a DCPC and that it is clear that he has <br /> to get the Commission's position if there is any alternative suggested. <br /> Mr. Green stated the committee is not advising upon the DCPC but is looking <br /> to find an alternative to offer to the Board of Selectmen to offer to Town <br /> Meeting. They are looking for a way to fix the river without a DCPC. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested it may be in order to send a letter to the Selectmen <br /> stating objections to normal procedure not being followed.. <br /> Mr. Green stated the first meeting is Tuesday. If he has no direction from the <br /> Commission, he wig. not attend. <br /> It was agreed. the ,Agent will draft a letter for the Chairman and. Vice <br /> Chairman to review. <br /> Tar. Green advised when he was first offered this seat on the committee, he <br /> stated he felt Greg Wirsen would be a better person. Peter Deo argued to <br /> have him on the committee. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons would prefer Elliot Rosenberg who could handle legal issues. <br /> WBN : Workshops upcoming, listing circulated. <br /> Nitrogen Loa din : A report by George Heufelder distributed for <br /> informational review. <br /> Bloom: There were two Orders of Conditions and some mistakes were made <br /> in the plantings and there is a problem with erosion from the rock wall down <br /> to the waters edge. The Agent met with the contractor and gent through the <br /> details for corrections. The property was sold with no Certificate of <br /> Compliance. He wi.11 send a letter to the new owner that he is responsible. <br /> Mr. Green stated the new owner should receive a violation notice to make him <br /> mare he is responsible as there is no Certificate of Compliance and he must <br /> comply with the Order of Conditions recorded with the Registry. <br /> Dawn Begs: The Agent advised he is in the process of rewriting the <br /> regulation. He will make an inquiry to BM Clary re clover adding nitrogen to <br /> the soil. <br />
