17 April 199 <br /> Page 6. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg moved that with respect to the shellfish issue, the Commission <br /> accept 1r. Yom's opinion. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept Rick YorVs opinion with respect <br /> to the shelsh issue and to include an acceptable resume to be sub- <br /> mitted by the person who did the survey for the applicant. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> Mr. York stated the Sa atia report and his report are not in disagreement. <br /> He raked the area where the float 'is proposed ai d did not find anything. He <br /> could welcome survey by iv ion of Marine Fisheries but ]id not feel <br /> anything different would show up because the bottom is such soft muck. <br /> . <br /> Mr. Gray asked Mr. York if the cove had commercial pressures and is an area <br /> that commercial fishermen might have used? Mr. York stated no, that <br /> distance from shore is dead bottom. It is not raked at all. He believes the <br /> Division of Marine Fisheries would come to the same conclusion but it is no <br /> problem to have them come in. <br /> The Chairman called for a motion. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded, with the consent of the applicant, that <br /> this matter he continued to June 12, 1997 at 7:30 p. . <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> W. Locarno asked if they had to come back with more shellfish information <br /> Mr. Sherman stated they would not, as the Commission accepts Mr. York's <br /> i <br /> op on. <br /> CONTINUED TO 12 JUNE 1997 AT +7:30 PeM, <br /> 7:40 BLAKEMAN ASSOCIATES, INC. To construct a single family house <br /> with attached deck, sewage disposal system, private well, and water service at <br /> Santuit Pond load. John Slavinsl y presenting. The house and deck is as <br /> close to the street as possible. <br /> The Asst. Agent was at the site and stated staking was satisfactory. Mr. <br /> Sherman asked for numbered flags. The wetland lime is in the correct dace. <br /> Architectural plans will be needed. It is a very steep lot but with special <br /> conditions for erosion control, it can he approved. <br /> Mr. Johansen stated there is an issue of taxes owed. It was noted plans were <br /> approved by Board of Health. leo DEI' number was received as yet. <br />
