17 April 1997 <br /> Page 7. <br /> Public comments: None. <br /> VOTE; Motion made and seconded to close pending taxes being satisfied <br /> and receipt of DEP number. Unanimous vote, <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 7:50 TEDI C. MARSH to license, construct and maintain a wooden stairway, <br /> pier, ramp and float at 77 Lighthouse Lane. Dave Sandi provided abutter <br /> notification receipts, He advised from the high water line out they are only <br /> going 70 feet. There is 2-12 feet of water at the outer mit. It is a 60 foot <br /> fixed pier with a staircase on the coastal bank, offset mid-way up, with a <br /> landing at the top. There is landscaping going on under the house Order of <br /> Conditions. It has been filed with the Board of Appeals. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked for details on the boat. It is 20 feet with 150 ISP engine. <br /> It is 18 inches, fully engaged. There is a letter in the file. <br /> Mr. Johansen stated the abutter receipts do not correspond. The correct ones <br /> were provided. No DEP number received as yet and Board of Appeals is <br /> pending. <br /> It was noted an abutter's staircase encroaches over the property line. <br /> Public comments: <br /> Rick York stated there was no problem with shellfish as they are in 2-12 feet <br /> at Mean Low Water. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of DEP number <br /> and special permit from Board of Appeals. Unanimous vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> :00 LOHR CONSTRUCTION for Demetrios G. Kasouks, to construct <br /> a single family dwelling, garage, driveway, deck, sewage disposal system, <br /> private well and grater utility service at 219 Meadowbrook Road. Dave Sanicki <br /> presented abutter receipts and the receipt for Natural Heritage also. Revised <br /> plans were reviewed. It is riverfront area and the size of the disturbance <br /> exceeded that allowable and things were reconfigured.
