Steve Palumbo presenti.ng. Conversations <br /> took place with the Harbormaster and he is presenting revised plans to make <br /> the ramp 20 feet instead of 25 feet. <br /> Mr. Sherman dial not disagree with the wetland lime but thought there was a <br /> fringe of salt marsh. Plan requirements are 1"=20', the is 1"=30'. He asked i <br /> the Commission objected to the plan and they did not. He asked if there was <br /> eel grass and there was not. There was adequate water depth at 2.3 - 3'. <br /> The Shellfish warden was present and stated he would. want 2' at mean lour <br /> and suggested float stops. Mr. Sherman stated it could be conditioned that <br /> he be present at the pre-work on-site also. The structure was moved for <br /> navigational issues. Mr. York agreed that Moat stops on the four pipes that <br /> function properly would be acceptable. He wM attend the on-site. <br /> Abutter receipts were provided. Board of Appeals hearing is scheduled for <br /> May 2 . <br /> Public comments: <br /> George Rice carne before the Commission to view the plan. <br /> Mx. Desrosiers stated in this case the plans were revised at the request of the <br /> Harbormaster and receipt at the hearing acceptable, <br /> VOTE:E: Motion made and seconded to waive the requirement for submission <br /> of plans in this case. Unanimous Vote, <br /> Mr. Rice asked if the structure is only 14 of the riverway and was told it is. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked the size of the boats? Mr. Palumbo advised it is fr. <br /> Hynds intent to keep his large vessel, a Blackfin, on a mooring. Mr. Sherman <br /> stated this wiR be conditioned. It was noted Little River Boatyard will be <br /> doing the work. <br />
