There are two wetlands and an inland hank. A four bedroom house is planned. The septic is 5 feet off the property line and they have received approval of a variance from the Board of Health. A Bio- clere system is required. Dar wells proposed for roof run-off. A haybale-silt fence dike is proscl for erosion control. There will he a gravel Clive. Public comments: none. They are asg that the float be moved an additional 15 feet outward., beyond the -2' contour. There are shellfish in the area and this is in answer to a request. Mr. Sherman asked if the Harbormaster has considered this change yet? Mr. Sanicl i stated the Shellfish Warden tai]] ed to hire today and he had no problem with it. He stated he recognizes the concerns and is willing to modify the plan. A heaving is scheduled with Board of Appeals for a special,permit on 14 May. Public comments:
