Three or four plants to be put in if <br /> necessary to mitigate the 190 s.f. overage. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Commission cannot issue until Board of Health <br /> approval is received.. <br /> Mr. Johansen stated DEIN number is missing, attestation of ownership also. <br /> Abutter receipts were provided..
