Mary LeBlanc presenting. The <br /> plan presented is better than the original.. Item D, the existing asphalt <br /> driveway will be moved inland out of the buffer entirely and it will be <br /> revegetated with 419 plants. They are moving the spa on the pool to the north <br /> side. The deck is a different configuration and will the changes there is a net <br /> gain of 100 s.f of deck. Planting around the pool is augmented with 1.95 <br /> species. <br /> Area B, vegetation was moved down to the stairway. They are taking out the <br /> post and rail fence but will still have the pool fence or have a fence around the <br /> property but not on the coastal bank. <br /> Norman Hayes advised the nourishment sands put over the bank have <br /> stabilized. A. management plan was provided with habitat assessment. Vista <br /> pruning will be done by his company. He will re-flag in the fall. It will be <br /> done in November. Concerning the revetment, he will be doing a redesign <br /> some time later this summer. They will be coming before the Commission <br /> n <br /> with a Calan to nourish, <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment and extend <br /> the Order of Conditions for three years. Unanimous Vote. <br /> AMENDED AND EXTENDED. <br /> :30 TAF AIL REALTY TRUST for the construction of a gabion <br /> revetment and replacement of existing rotten pier pilings at 17 Taff-rail Way. <br /> Pill.Lewis presenting with Mr. Wetzler. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. <br /> Unarlimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br />
