May 1997 <br /> Page lo. <br /> Stormwater Subcommittee: Mr. Desrosiers advised he attended the <br /> workshop in Lakeville. There are no new regulations, only guides. The sub- <br /> committee will glean information for the Commission <br /> CZM: There is an upc n ag meeting on 12 May at 9:30 a.m. in Barnstable <br /> Village on Grants for Coastal Pollution Remediation. <br /> Herring Ladder: Mr. Desrosiers and Mr. Shaw reviewed the consultants' <br /> plans. The Agent has drawn up plans amalgamating all ideas. Plans are <br /> subject to change. Jim Peters had no objections. The Town got three bids for <br /> removal of the old ash ladder. Greg Taylor has advised he cannot do this as <br /> he does not have the a tu'pment. The lour bidder is Dale Briggs. <br /> Office computers: Where is a need to upgrade three computers. The <br /> computer consultant felt it may be cost effective to buy neer computers. <br /> N higi : BVW was altered. They were told they had to get a wetland <br /> scientist to develop a plan. The Agent asked to get an enforcement order <br /> signed as the plan has not been forthcoming. <br /> Robinson: illegal cutting was clone on a slope. They have not responded. <br /> The Agent asked for a vote to request Town Counsel to write a letter. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to ask that Town Counsel send a letter. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> Sullivan: A report was received from Don Schall that was satisfactory. <br /> Don Liptack was there and carne up with a reasonable plan for repair and <br /> erosion control. An enforcement order to follow both. <br /> Regan: fir. Sherman advised Mr. began approached Mr. Green to open <br /> the grass issue agate and grants to know why he has to remove lawn at all. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to send an Enforcement Order to Jamie <br /> Regan to set the timetable for compliance; 30 days for action or a fine <br /> levied, Unanimous Vote. <br /> Ir.
