15 May 1997 <br /> Page 10 <br /> �ft. Peters asked if the pond will be lowered? fir. Sherman stated it will be <br /> lowered during the whole process in July. There will probably be some <br /> seepage and a pump wfll be used for that. <br /> Mr. Peters asked if there is going to be an apron on the edge. Mr. Sherman <br /> stated a new curb will be put in if possible. It-may be necessary at some <br /> point to add a shell path. some fine-tuning may be necessary in consultation <br /> with the Peters family. <br /> fir. Desrosiers stated it looks like an improvement over ghat is there. Mr. <br /> Peters agreed. 1r. Sherman stated he wfll be notified of the pre-work on-site. <br /> Ir. Sherman stated if approved, the whole subcommittee should be involved <br /> m the writing of the Order of Conditions. <br /> Mr. Peters stated on the other passageway he noticed three year olds running <br /> across it. Sherman stated a grate can be placed over that, as a condition <br /> of the permit, so that no one falls in there. <br /> i <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of DEP number. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING, <br /> :20 THE TRUSTEES OF MAsP VILLAGE TRUST to amend the <br /> Order of Conditions for SE 43-1468 to widen the eisting coastal bank <br /> W over structure from 3' to 5' and addition of beaches to the two landings at <br /> Triton Circle. A request was received from Norman Hayes to continue the <br /> hearing to 29 May. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 29 May 1997 <br /> at :00 p.m. Unanimous Vote. <br /> CONTINUED TO 29 MAY 1957 AT 8:00 P. I. <br /> Popponesset Creek: There was discussion whether or not the Commission <br /> wants to allow Popponesset Creek as a river. The Agent felt an appeal would <br /> not be successful.
