15 May 1997 <br /> Page 9. <br /> 9:00 RICIFIARD R, FR to amend. the Order of Conditions for SE 43-1026 <br /> to permit construction of small wall to prevent run-off to the late at 256 <br /> Pimlico Pond Road. Steve Butler presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the wall is necessary and vista pruning is within <br /> guidelines. He advised a 5 foot wall would require an engineered plan. Mr. <br /> Butler stated he can make it ' " and it will have deadmen in it. l r. <br /> Sherman asked for a cross section with the height shown. Mr. Butler agreed. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> Mr. Butler stated Mr. Frye asked about pang the driveway. Nlr. Sherman <br /> stated that could not be discussed tonight as it was not in the description. He <br /> advised the only place this is allowed is on steep slopes with a proper drainage <br /> system to collect water. It has been allowed with a proper plan. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close and accept the amendment <br /> pending receipt and approval of a revised plan showing a side <br /> section and details of construction of the wall. Unanimous nimous vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 9:10 MASHPEE HERRING WARDEN for reconstruction of the fish ladder, <br /> erosion and sedimentation control and drainage improvements at the <br /> Mashpee River. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised IMF has come up with a sketch plan and protocol. The <br /> subcommittee consolidated ideas and has cone up with a reasonable plan. On <br /> the north side is where the Peters family lot is and the plan was shown to the <br /> family. This wort has to be done by duly 1. <br /> Greg Peters stated originafly the buffer strip on the other side of the Fish <br /> ladder was to be removed. lir. Sherman stated the idea was to ehm in ate <br /> paving and revegetate and em mate the asphalt walkway also. It will be <br /> necessary to cut into the die to do the wort and it will be heavily revegetated <br /> after. <br /> Mr. Peters asked if anything is going to be clone to the edge of this? Mr. <br /> Sherman stated it will be conditioned that this edge of the dike, and it is <br /> hoped to go no further than one-half way into the dime, and on the side into <br /> the existing mill pond, to leave it intact. There will be an on-site and it will be <br /> made clear to stay out of that area. <br />
