Mr. S errs an stated,this Commission denied it. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated the Commission is reconsidering that denial. The <br /> question is whether or not to approve something on a resubmission of a <br /> different plan than denied.. Mr. Grotzke stated he could slide this closer to the <br /> street and do a study to see that it has no impact. Mr. Sherman stated no one <br /> can make a case for not having an impact. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated several members of the Commission have expressed <br /> themselves, as well as some of the community. He told Mr. Grotzke he could <br /> go forward on this plan or go back and with his client rethink this situation to <br /> see if any changes are possible. Mr. Grotzke thought he should ask for a <br /> continuance and consult with his client. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers stated the house can be narrower and they could eliminate the <br /> deck and garage. He suggested a smaller house with deck and one car garage <br /> would come closer to the 50 feet. 1r.
