Mr. Grotzke stated they can pun back and put it
on pipe foundations. One option is for the house to move back and make the
garage smaHer but they will have to go for a taller house.
Mr. Rosenberg stated there is a 2-1/2 story house across the street.
Mr. l esrosiers stated he is not convinced all efforts have been made.
Mr. Grotzke stated the Commission voted previously to approve that
footprint. Mr. Sherman stated no one
can make a case for not having an impact.
Mr. Rosenberg stated several members of the Commission have expressed
themselves, as well as some of the community. He told Mr. Grotzke he could
go forward on this plan or go back and with his client rethink this situation to
see if any changes are possible. Mr. Grotzke thought he should ask for a
continuance and consult with his client.
Mr. Desrosiers stated the house can be narrower and they could eliminate the
deck and garage.
