Under Chapter 131 there are <br /> no setback distances from the wetland; 199 feet is jurisdictional only. It <br /> cones under Land. Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage which has no <br /> regulations, only the building code. The bylaw is stricter. There is a <br /> provision to try to maintain a minimum of a 50 foot buffer. The language is <br /> that the Commissions will consider going below the 50 feet when convinced by <br /> a wildffe habitat assessment there is no value and of going below the 50 feet, <br /> they have to be convinced the scope of the work cannot be reduced. He asked <br /> if reducing the scope of the work is possible?
