29 May 1997 <br /> Page 1. . <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked liar. Grotzke if there was a house plan on this and he did <br /> not have one. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the point is, has everything reasonable been done that <br /> can be done? Mr. Grot ke stated he studied the habitat and offset the habitat <br /> here (pointing) with additional buffer zone elsewhere. <br /> W. Sherman stated no one has made the point this has negligible habitat <br /> value. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg was not satisfied everything has been done. N . Sherman <br /> agreed. He asked if the Commission wished to allow then to continue in <br /> order to cone back with another plan? They were amenable. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue to 12 June 1997 at :10 p.m. <br /> at the request of the applicant. Unanimous Vote. <br /> CONTINUED TO 12.JUNE 1997 AT :10 P.M. <br /> 9:20 COLONIAL GAS COMPANY for a Determination of Applicability on a <br /> request to install a 2" plastic pipe natural gas main and gas services to <br /> eidsting buildings at 133 Falmouth Road.. Mr. Sherman advised this area is <br /> already disturbed. Bob Dowling presenting. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to end a negative d.etern nation. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> 9:25 JAMIE GOl YEA for a Determination of Applicability on a proposed <br /> foot fence enclosure and a request to ins t all plants and landscaping at 49 Tide <br /> Run. Mr. Sherman recommended negative with details on the plantings. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to end a negative determination upon <br /> receipt of deta on the proposed plantings.
