Grotzke stated at <br /> the last meeting several iLssues were raised. A letter and pian were submitted <br /> addressing those issues. They were asked to reassess and get further away <br /> from the wetland. They were able to gain 2.2' and at one location they got - <br /> 12'. They have succeeded in getting any portion of structure 40 feet from the <br /> wetland, up from 3 -12. They have moved the foundation back 2' ging <br /> sufficient area for the work limit; they now have '. Overall the building was <br /> reduced 5 and 15% from the original. They looked at aR possibilities. The <br /> septic has not changed and is beyond the loo' setback. The septic is a Past <br /> denitrifying system. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked why the house goes over the work limit? Mr. Grotzke <br /> stated it is cantilevered, distances were increased. <br />
