Unanimous imous vote. <br /> ` HEARING CLOSED. <br /> :50 JOHN GONCAR, 66 Summersea Road., continued from 15 May 1397. <br /> Michael Grotzke presenting. The Board of Health decided a denitrifying <br /> system was needed. Mr. Grotzke was under the oin this had been <br /> rescinded. He stated they may seek an emergency repair. The Goncars live i <br /> Glastonberry, Connecticut. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it would have to be declared a health and safety issue by <br /> a'Town Department. <br /> Pubhe comment: none. <br /> 'OTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 12 Tune 1997 <br /> at 8:93 p.m. at the request of the appl ant. Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED 12 JUNE 1997 AT 8:00 P.M; <br /> :00 HOWARD GLASER, 1 Tide Run, continued from 15 May 1997. <br /> h f Q Michael Grotzke presenting with Mr. Mrs. Glaser. W. Grotzke stated at <br /> the last meeting several iLssues were raised. A letter and pian were submitted <br /> addressing those issues. They were asked to reassess and get further away <br /> from the wetland. They were able to gain 2.2' and at one location they got - <br /> 12'. They have succeeded in getting any portion of structure 40 feet from the <br /> wetland, up from 3 -12. They have moved the foundation back 2' ging <br /> sufficient area for the work limit; they now have '. Overall the building was <br /> reduced 5 and 15% from the original. They looked at aR possibilities. The <br /> septic has not changed and is beyond the loo' setback. The septic is a Past <br /> denitrifying system. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked why the house goes over the work limit? Mr. Grotzke <br /> stated it is cantilevered, distances were increased. <br />
