12 Tune 1997 <br /> 'age 3. <br /> It is out of the 100 foot buffer and under construction. The coastal bank lis <br /> currently eroding. There is a 10 x 10 concrete slab on the coastal bank.. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he would prefer that they try to remove it. <br /> Norman Hayes recommended removal from the top. It can be accessed from <br /> the dirt road easement and a backhoe and crane used to swing it up over the <br /> bank. <br /> Ms LeBlanc stated there are some emoting pockets of Rosa Rugosa, cedars <br /> and bayberry they would dike to leave alone. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the plan meets all performance standards. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> Mr. Johansen commended Ms LeBlanc on the nice ung. <br /> VOTE: Motion Ornade and seconded to close pending receipt of DEQ' number. <br /> Unanimous mous Vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 79.50 DENNIS WILLIAMS to amend his request for an amended Order of <br /> Conditions for SE 43-1347at the continued hearing to include landscaping <br /> pruning and arboracultural tree ease and to show the location of an existing <br /> railroad tie retaining gall to be repaired in kind at 10 Triton Way. Norman <br /> Hayes stated he has discussed this with Mr. Sherman at length. <br /> Ir. Sherman stated there were a few lingering questions with the <br /> landscaping plan. He asked if the eidsting railxoad tie wall will be in the <br /> same footprint, done by hand, with deadmen, and how much disturbance will <br /> be created. W. Mayes stated he could not see putting rose rugosa on a stable <br /> coastal bank. It could be conditioned the only plant material allowed would be <br /> indi enousp lant material. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if that could be clone with an on-site and conditioned that <br /> the area within 10 feet of the coastal hank will be as agreed upon by he and <br /> Norman Mayes' The Chairman asked if fir. Hayes is speaking with the <br /> authority of the owner: Mr. Mayes advised he was. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated when initially filed, it did not include the repair of the <br /> railroad tie wall and walkover structure. <br />
