Norman <br /> Hayes stated he has discussed this with Mr. Sherman at length. <br /> Ir. Sherman stated there were a few lingering questions with the <br /> landscaping plan. He asked if the eidsting railxoad tie wall will be in the <br /> same footprint, done by hand, with deadmen, and how much disturbance will <br /> be created. W. Mayes stated he could not see putting rose rugosa on a stable <br /> coastal bank. It could be conditioned the only plant material allowed would be <br /> indi enousp lant material. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if that could be clone with an on-site and conditioned that <br /> the area within 10 feet of the coastal hank will be as agreed upon by he and <br /> Norman Mayes' The Chairman asked if fir. Hayes is speaking with the <br /> authority of the owner: Mr. Mayes advised he was. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated when initially filed, it did not include the repair of the <br /> railroad tie wall and walkover structure. <br />
