Work will not have any impact. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination <br /> n a ni mo us vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION, <br /> 7:30 GARY L CARN , 51 Waterline Drive South, continued from 11/14/96. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he has a communication from the lawyer asking that <br /> the Commission not give this consideration until June 30 when the appeal <br /> period for the Board of Appeals expires. <br /> fir. Rosenberg stated the question of validity is a question of language. It is <br /> still subject to being suspended by an appeal. In this case where the <br /> Commission has been advised by counsel, there is an ]*-Mplicit threat of appeal <br /> against the Board of Appeals. He asked how the applicant would feel about a <br /> continuance until the first meeting in duly? <br /> F <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested closing, pending expiration of appeal period and thea <br /> issuing.
