Mr. Sherman <br /> agreed. yrs. Glaser asked for the minutes of that meeting. The Chairman <br /> stated that could not be researched right now as it was back in September but <br /> would be wing to find them for her. He assured her that no one ever made <br /> that statement. <br /> Mrs. Glaser stated she did not feel that the five feet is of any consequence and <br /> would have no impact. she referred to her neighbor's home and in her <br /> research the deck seems to be in the buffer zone. <br /> The Chairman stated the hearing is not on that piece of property. <br /> Mrs. Glaser stated she drives down the street and sees houses that are night <br /> p <br /> to the sidewalk. She felt they were being di crirnm' ated upon. The <br /> Chairman stated she has to meet the current laws that are applicable to her <br /> property. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked, from a standpoint of being able -to turn a carr around, <br /> does it need all that?
