Design features include the sinking <br /> of tow stones four to five feet below the beach in order to <br /> prevent future tow problems . The concrete wall sect ions ar•e to <br /> be removed and replaced with a revetment . These proposals -are <br /> being made in an attempt to improve storm protection <br /> capabilities . With regards to preventing further beach erosion, <br /> Mr. Hamilton proposed adding sand on an annual basis; a large <br /> scale beach nourishment project to span one mile of the beach, to <br /> which the three current land owners Bovarnick! Nova off and <br /> Duncan) have agreed.
