Mr. Sherman <br /> has told him this but not yet in writing. .fiction will be required soon. <br /> Blakeman: This was to be a two bedroom house. The Order of Conditions <br /> permitted an unfinished second floor. Kathy did a Certificate of Comphance <br /> inspection and upstairs is Wished with rough plumbing in. Mr. Sherman did <br /> not think the Commission had jurisdiction to enforce that, it is not part of the <br /> act. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked what about the health Department, if they passed on a <br /> two bedroom house. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he is sending a draft to the attorney involved in the <br /> passing. It is a two bedroom by design, so they would have to cone back. <br /> Storm water grants: Copy provided to the Shellfish Warden. <br /> Bryant's beck Assoc.: Request received that trees on Conservation land <br /> that are leaning be taken out. The Agent asked if the Commission wants to <br /> do so They are not much of threat. <br /> W. Rosenberg suggested they contact the utility company that the trees are <br /> threatening utility wires. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised the road is dirt and in disrepair. They want the <br /> Commission to pave it. It is in disrepaix on either side and Greg Taylor said <br /> they do not maintain it at any particular level other than p as s able for <br /> emergency vehicles. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg suggested if the association grants to pave it, the Commission <br /> will allow them to do so. <br /> Workshop: A Coastal Workshop is being held on October 9 and 10. The <br /> Agent asked permission to spend to attend <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to semi the Agent to the workshop. <br /> Unanimous Note. <br />
