Nirenberg was going to be part of tom? <br /> Mr. Hamilton stated the plan is to nourish 6000 feet. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons stated it might be possible to get money from the Peninsula <br /> Councid. <br /> fir. Hamilton stated -1/3 of the ten years nourishment has been done. If the <br /> large scale plan sloes not happen, 1 - 15 people win std be worming to put <br /> sand on the beach. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked about Aft. Ol tem: Mr. Hamilton stated he has never <br /> contributed.. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated at some point it would be interesting to know if nothing <br /> goes forward what would be the effect on any of the properties. What would <br /> happen if Oktem, in the middle, refuses to do anything what happens to the <br /> gaps in between? <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it will only work if DEP takes action, not only the <br /> Commission. <br /> Nir. Halton stated beach access will be at Deans Pond, equipment will be <br /> brought in that way. The concrete will be removed by front end loader. Some <br /> clean sand M11 may be required for a bean. <br /> There should be less of an impact on beach erosion because they are removing <br /> the vertical wall at Novakoff which is an indirect benefit to next door. The <br /> hest thing to do is to get then repaired to a reasonable design. <br /> Mr. Hamilton asked how he should proceed? Mr. Sherman stated when the <br /> secretary says the ENF is satisfactory, the Commission would go along. DEP <br /> has to commit to this. He suggested closing contingent upon the on-site <br /> meeting, Rebecca Haney's input and the Commissioes sign-off. <br /> Lr. Rosenberg stated the Commission should have M S A and CZM. <br /> 11r. Fitzsimmons wanted another look at the total package. <br /> W. Hamilton advised Mr Nirenberg stated if the agreement is accepted he <br /> would be in support of this. <br />
