This meets all of the Board's pohcies and DEP <br /> regs. They are not encroaching on buffers. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons was not uncomfortable with the layout. Effort has already <br /> been made to reduce the house. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if the would consider a pervious driveway? Mr. Costa <br /> advised it drains to the street. Mr. Desrosiers felt it was an advantage to <br /> have it paved. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if it was the consensus that the plan is as much as can be <br /> done? It was agreed it was. He suggested conditioning shrub planting in the <br /> well area. Mr. Costa agreed. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close subject to verification of <br /> staffing, site review and Board of Health approval. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> Wolk: Mr. Sherman stated Mrs. Wolk has been ars a campaign and finally got <br /> a letter from a Doctor in the Dept of Public Health stating tacks are dangerous <br /> and vegetation should be cut down around everybody's house. The Board o <br /> Health is under political pressure. The fetter was distributed for review. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated he is talking about on and around her property. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers commented on the statement concerning "selective removal" <br /> and that this could be considered. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated this person was operating only on the letter and <br /> description by Mrs. Wolk, <br /> Comments were made earlier in the evening to the Board of Health when the <br /> Commissioners were present for discussion of Mrs. Wol 's request. <br /> Southport: Mr. Sherman met with Ron Bonvie that is starting up again. All <br /> permits are dead. They are now subject to newer and stricter laws. <br /> Sedimentation has gone into a freshwater wetland. The Agent wrote a letter. <br /> which was reviewed and approved by the Comn-fission. <br />
