It is not a bedroom. <br /> Publiccomment: none. <br /> VOTE: lotion made and seconded to find negative. The only problem is the front page <br /> narrative language needs to be cleaned up. She would like him to add a <br /> sentence that there would be a pre and post work on-site. <br /> Mr. Johansen advised there are taxes due on the property. <br /> Publiccomment: none. <br /> VE: Motion made and seconded to end a negative determination pending <br /> clearing up the language and payment of taxes outstanding.
