The policy has been that until the <br /> sale tales place they have to Est the actual property owner at the time the <br /> application is made. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated we must get from the assessors a statement on the form <br /> that the applicant is the owner of the property. without that, the Commission <br /> cannot hear the matter or issue and should strictly adhere to this. <br /> Mashpee Water District: A newspaper article was dtributed for review. <br /> The Agent advised he has not yet been contacted. <br /> Bog Access: Because of vandalism and partying, there have been <br /> discussions of putting gates up. A letter of support was received from the <br /> Animal Control Officer, June Paley. It is unknown whether the Commission <br /> will have a continuing source of funds for this as each gate would cost 2- <br /> 000. It was agreed this should be deferred. <br /> Mr. Sharpe felt this should be on a Mashpee Police patrol agenda, with thein <br /> patrog the areas even four hours. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to table the natter. It will be made clear to the Building Dept. and <br /> Board of Health that there will be no conversion. A letter to be sent to both <br /> departments. <br />
