The statement has <br /> already been made that they are going to sell these to people and that they <br /> are going to rent them to the public. He recommended telling therm the <br /> Commission will not consider the matter until all other permits from all other <br /> agencies have been secured. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated that can be dome with Town Boards, but not the State, <br /> except for MEPA. 172E can still be invoked for water depths.
