Mr. St. Pierre presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the hearing was continued because of the comple dty of <br /> some of the issues. A surveyed plan was done and the plan is sufficient. A <br /> vegetation plan will be done for the area disturbed. The fence issue will have <br /> to be resolved at a►later date. It is the best time for re a etating. The survey <br /> shows there is an easement and the fence does encroach on the easement. <br /> The fence is not part of the permit but it is permissible. <br /> Mr. St. Pierre stated the plan was revised as of 19122. Mr. Sherman stated <br /> the plant selection has been improved. <br />
