I is about 20 feet. Public comment: Bill Farrington asked why they cannot be hand dug? fir. Sherman stated only an elevated walkway in a marsh is aflowed. Mr. York stated it is sand and easy to drill through. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to allow the amendment subject to receipt of a proper plan and detailed explanation of the method of installing the pipes. Unanimous Vote. AMENDMENT ACCEPTED PENDING. 7:15 STANLEY DEIN E G for a Determination of Applicabi ty on a request for a 14' x 20' study addition at 50 Pico Pond Road. Bill Farrington presenting. Mr. Sherman stated it will be no closer to the resource and recommended negative but would like to add language there will be a pre-wort on-site. Mr. Farrington stated there is a storm drain already there which will be removed. Mr. Sherman stated the septic is out of the Commission's jurisdiction. Public comment: none. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination pending the addition of language for a pre-work on-site to address measures to provide erosion control. NEGATIVE PENDING. 7:20 ROBERT ZAMMITO for a Determination of Applicability on a request to construct a 1 ' x 1 ' addition with ' x 1 ' covered porch at 36 Popponesset Island load. Mcha.el.Katon presenting. Mr. Sherman asked if this is a bedroom? It is not. He asked for architectural plans. They were submitted with the application. Mr. Sherman stated the assessors list five bedrooms. He stated there will be a pre-work on-site to confirm the number of bedrooms and a post work on-site. This was agreed.
