A Notice of Intent <br /> should be fled with respect to all incomplete items, including a <br /> surveyed plan. Unanimous Vote. <br /> Shellfish: Mr. Green advised he assisted the Shellfish Warden in installg <br /> 40,000 scallop seed into the Bays of Mashpee to try to increase the population. <br /> S u l i n W. Dock and fence have been removed. <br /> senr : Mr. Green advised the gate has never been taken down. Mx. <br /> Sherman will send a letter. <br /> Deloreyo. Notice received from Chapter 91 for the comment period for Aft. <br /> l elorey's dock. The agent stated there has not been a dock there in the past <br /> five years and a Notice of Intent will be required. A letter to be sent. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg thought it should be brought to Chapter 1's attention that <br /> they issued a permit to Fulton on 38B which would be crossing over Bloch 44, <br /> belonging to lir.
