20 November 1997 <br /> Page 9. <br /> Town Meeting: The deadline for articles for town meeting is February 9 and <br /> for the Special. Town Meeting it is February 22, if the Commissioners have <br /> any suggestions, let the Agent know. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he and Leigh Potter have been talking about rebuilding <br /> the flume at Johns Fend. <br /> SD-5: Greg Wirsen advised his recommendation would be to go along with <br /> the Selectmen. The first is the most feasible because it clues not mention <br /> clown-tine. The safest way is to get something in fast. It is the only one that <br /> mentioned circulating welts. <br /> Associate: Beverly Kane as asked to be an associate member. Unanimous Vote. <br /> A ui i i n : Torn F'udala made a series of recommendations, as well as <br /> Friends of the Refuge. There are priorities, if the Commission has any funds <br /> available, <br /> Christmas Party: The town party wiH be held on December 6th at the <br /> Quashnet Valley Country Club. The Commissioners were invited to attend. <br /> Glass: The Agent advised tape is another violation. Thomas Norton hired <br /> Bob Gray for this. They have now buidt a stairway which provides an avenue <br /> for runoff. They have been told they have to fie. They have an old fling stili <br /> sitting waiting for an arborist's report. <br /> Mr. losenberg'suggested giving notice of the violation with respect to both <br /> issues and let them file for the whole thing. <br />
