20 November 199 <br /> Page 2. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg suggested issuing an enforcement order and let them take an <br /> appeal to DER. liar. Sherman stated they can only go to Superior Court on an <br /> appeal of an enforcement order. <br /> Mr. Green suggested bouncing this to DEP. Mr. Hayes agreed this is the only <br /> way to proceed. <br /> Ir. Wir en asked if it would be cheaper to construct this according to the <br /> specs? Mr. Sherman stated it would. <br /> Nir. Sherman stated the structure was a simple set of stairs. They can <br /> remove the stones with a backhoe in an hour but how do they take care of the <br /> crib? <br /> Mr. Green stated the stones are moving already. ' <br /> Mr: Fitzsimmons stated if they take away the stones and sono tubes, that <br /> part of the problem is solved but the crib is not. A/fr. Sherman stated the <br /> vertical wall would be hard to take out without dismantling. W. Fitzsimmons <br /> stated if the stones are moving, that may be a good argument with Greg <br /> Taylor. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if Mr. Sherman was willing to meet with therm? Mr. <br /> Sherman agreed he would. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons Mated it would be left that the involved parties would get <br /> together.
