Hayes agreed <br /> they do. Mr. Sherman stated, in that case, that is the resource area that <br /> according to that letter from 11r. Strohman is supposed to have no adverse <br /> effect. Clarification is needed on that letter to know if it is viable. <br /> Mr. Hayes stated if they can do that he believes they can show that this <br /> house, once they get the variances from ZBA, that this lot in order to be worth <br /> what it is to the applicant, has to be a fairly nice house. <br /> Aft. Stone stated he has to build what w ' o with the other homes in the <br /> neighborhood. To a question from a Commissioner, he advised it is a one and <br /> one-half story house. <br /> Documents were entered into the record: Mashpee bylaw Section -A and <br /> three documents derived from the Rhode Island study about the values o <br /> naturally vegetated buffer strips in terms of sediment�pollu ion removal and <br /> wildhfe habitat, the references used, the two studies by Washington State and <br /> the University of Rhode Island and a condensation of those studies. These <br /> documents were provided to Aft. Hayes and concern all thr a lots. <br /> 11r. Mayes requested a continuance. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 5 February <br /> 1995 at the request of the applicant.
