He is <br /> showing 172 which is 1 foot higher than the State. He drew this lime with red. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the leaching is still within 100 feet of the bank. Mr. <br /> Sanicki stated the top of bank would have been different before used for <br /> agricultural purposes. <br /> Mr. Sanicki will provide a revised plan with the septic at a different <br /> orientation. <br />
