The bottom of the bank is not shown and <br /> there is salt-marsh. <br /> The architect showed a plan by Cape & Islands. Mr. Sherman asked when the <br /> size of the deck was increased? Mr. McLain stated the deck is built as <br /> he could not tell from this plan where the o <br /> approved Mr. Sherman stated p <br /> I <br /> or bottom of the bank is and salt marsh is not shown. Mr. McLain stated it is <br /> on the other plan. Mr. Sherman stated he will have to get out into the field <br /> with them as he cannot understand this plan. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated the 1995 plan is different in every respect. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the list of plants is excellent but he would need to know <br /> about the bank. He asked about living area in the garage? <br /> Mar. Croke stated he dict not get a chance to design the septic but hoped the <br /> Commission would approve pending. if a denitrifying system, four bedroom <br /> will be lower with a five bedroom house. Me. Sherman agreed. <br /> Mr. McLain stated there were comments at the previous hearing about <br /> plantings that were not done and wood chips all over. The owner advised him <br /> he inherited these problems from the previous ownex. W. Fitzsimmons <br /> stated it became the present owner's problem when he purchased the <br /> property. <br /> fir. Sherman stated that can be remedied with a new planting plan. Ir. <br /> McLain stated the owner would be happy to do that. Mr. Fitzsimmons stated <br /> that would have to be done regardless of whether or not there is a new <br /> planting plan in order to mitigate the erection of the garage. Mr. Sherman <br /> stated there would have to be a very intensive planting plan in order for the <br /> Commission to approve anything. Mr. Fitzsimmons would like to see the <br /> previous order of conditions on the deck also. <br /> Mr. Johansen Mated there is a question of taxes owed and. the Attestation o <br /> Ownership is Wising. <br /> Mr. Wir en questioned drywells for roof fun-off. <br />
