The Agent stated he <br /> has tallied with Selectman Costa and he is interested in this as they are in <br /> the vic ity of the new purchase at Bufflehead Bay. The Selectmen have come <br /> up with $4000 and it is thought that they can do all three parcels for the <br /> money. One p arcel is 20. acres, the others are 16.5 acres and 6 acres. <br /> There is a good chance that on the Fitch property the Trustees of Reservation <br /> may pick up the cost. <br /> T l nl n Realty:lty: Proposed development in the site of the Flea Market will <br /> require an EIR. <br /> Workshop: The Agent advised he would like to attend a workshop for winter <br /> botany at a cost of$85. The commission agreed he could. attend.. <br /> Dump closing: It was noted there is an increase in illegal dumping. Mr. <br /> Green advised he placed a complaint with the selectmen today. It was agreed <br /> a letter will be sent to the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Lard Transfer: The Agent advised Toni Rud.al.a has requested that the <br /> Commission endorse an article that the town transfer to the Commission a 32 <br /> acre parcel of land that is a tax taking. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded that the Commission have the Agent <br /> submit an article to transfer the property to the CommiLssion. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> Vil s: The Agent advised he met with Bob Whri enour and. Greg Taylor. <br /> He went down to the Vides property and measured the wall; it is the same. <br /> e. <br /> The beach is disappearing clue to erosion. <br /> Bylaw Revisions: The Agent advised he would life to schedule a hearing <br /> soon. There are loopholes in the State regulations that he would like to <br /> tighten. Proposed revisions were reviewed: Definition of Coastal Bank; <br /> Necessary information and plans, spelling out what is required; Removal of <br /> the reference to kited projects in Regulation 19; concerning the Rivers Act, <br /> n. added section on fees with a 50% surcharge and an added section on <br /> permits where in a legative Determination wiU be allowed in certain cases, <br /> only for minor projects; and the last, Regulation 29 where buffer zones and <br /> buffer strips is fleshed out. If changes are received from MACC, they would be <br /> incorporated.. <br />
