Mr. Sherman advised this project might fold under the financial weight of it. MACC: Convention information for March 7 and workshopire-ups were distributed. They should be returned for submission to MACC prior to February. Stent ear : Mr. Sherman advised he went to the site with Mr. stenberes surrogate. They looked at sites for a parking lot with a gate. A fax was sent to his attorney. Mr. Sherman suggested letting him keep his gate, put a small parking lot on Great beck load, visible from the street. A path could be made and a bench placed to allow enjoyment of the vista. Mr. Stenberg would be willing to pay for the parking lot and the path. The bank belongs to the Comrrdssion and has some erosion that will need work at some point. Mr. Fitzsimmons mons asked if there are hiring trails? 11r. Sherman stated no, but they would be put in at some point. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to approve this concept, Unanimous Vote. Mashpee Marketplace: A plan provided sho�ng another parcel on the Childs liver where mitigation will be done. Mr. Sherman stated it is a more important parcel than the original. Easement model: MACC model to be adopted by the Commission. Dion: g was made with the Commission previously and the plan was deemed inadequate as the dock length was wrong. A positive determination was made. They are trying to get an Interim Amnesty permit agauin. The .gent advised he is sending a letter to IEP waterways. The Chairman asked if a copy was sera to Mr. Yon Glx, Sherman stated he would be notified by DEP. The Commission was in agreement with the letter being seat. Trout Unlimited: They are volunteering to clean up the Mashpee River. They have also agreed to get volunteers on February 7thto put in the gabions
