Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br /> :30 RICHARD ST RM, continued from 18 December 1997. Mr. Sherman <br /> stated this was continued for a question about the tight tank and any alarm <br /> systems.. Where are no special provisions. The Board of Health has no concerns <br /> with the system. The slash on the bank has been cleaned up. Six shrubs will <br /> be planted in the bare spot. <br /> Mr. Green still felt this matter should be looked into more deeply. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Thin made and seconded to close pending receipt of 1P number. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSE PENDING. <br /> SD-4: There are six areas of contamination, SD4 being of the most concern. <br /> The Comment Period has been extended. to 15 January. A copy of a proposed <br /> letter was distributed for review. <br /> MashpeeNV&keby Update: The flume has been cleaned.. The project is on. <br /> going and is in the hands of the Selectmen; they have to pick a level, The <br /> Notice of Intent is to be heard on 5 February. Mr. Sherman advised he has <br /> not heard directly from Fish & Wildlife or DMF but they both are going to say <br /> that with certain safeguards built in, they will go along. It was made clear to <br /> Steve Fliven that in this case the Commission will need a written okay from <br /> Mass. Natural Heritage. <br />
