Public comments: Martin Hanaka, 104 Waterline Drive, advised he attempted to obtain copies of the plans from the Phoenix Group; no one returned his calls. He also represents the Glasers, 98 Vater ne and they are asking the Commission to vote against this. There is no vegetation there and the revegetation direction is abhorrent. What has been done to the wildlife in this area is a travesty. He stated he would plead that any continuance hearing take place when the residents of this community are here; % of these people are only here in the summer. The Chairman stated the Comm' sion is bound by law to allow the applicant to have a continuance if he would lke one to prove his case one way or the other. Where are issues that need to be discussed. Mr. Sherman stated he cid not hear dissent from the Board that the 35' element is a very significant consideration and Mr. tarot ke should see if he could make some accommodations for that. The Comn ssioners agreed. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 19 February 1998 at :oo p.m. at the request of the applicant. Unanimous Vote.
