The previous Notice of Intent <br /> indicated a denitrifying septic system but dict not indicate what find. fir. <br /> Grotzke advised it is a Fast system. He will provide a new r plan showing the <br /> Fast system. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending board of Appeals <br /> approval and if there is a change, they will have to come back <br /> with an amended plan. , Unanimous Note. <br /> Doug Fohlin, an abutter asked to be heard. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to reopen the hearing for Luis A. Perez. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> Mr. Fohlin asked, if this is going to be carried forward, should there be a <br /> discussion based on the Conservation part of this situation Mr. Sherman <br /> stated this plan does meet all Conservation standards. <br /> Mr. Fohlin asked if anyone could explain the new footprint. Mr. Grotzke <br /> stated it is within the old footprint. Mr. Fohlin stated if the footprint did not <br /> change, they previously went to Board of Appeals requesting variance changes <br /> and it was denied. If it was denied before and no footprint has been changed, <br /> what is new? <br /> The Chair stated they have to go back to board of Appeals. <br /> Mr. Fohlin stated in the area of the swimming pooh., it is considered a wetland <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it is not wetland, he double-checked that. There were a <br /> few suspicious bushes but they did not reach the 5o% threshold. It is Land <br /> Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage under the wetlands Act which has no <br /> standards of its own and under the local bylaw, Land Subject to Coastal <br /> Storm Flowage only has the standards, for a land.-locked lot like this, of <br /> maintaining a certain percentage of natural vegetation, which is being done. <br />
