Norman Hayes presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there are two issues, one is Board of Appeals. Mr. Mayes <br /> advised he is scheduled on 25 February. Mr. Sherman stated in terms, of <br /> performance standards there is no problem. He would like to see the berm <br /> bridged a little better. Mr. Hayes stated they can create a walkover structure <br /> over the herrn. Mr. Sherman stated the plan shows it being within the berm. <br /> Mr. Hayes will provide a drawing to show this. Mir. Sherman asked how it is <br /> planned to trench the electrical and water service? Mr. Hayes stated there <br /> will be a 220 v cord down to a jack and plugged in along the stringers. Mr. <br /> Sherman stated they will trench through the bean and so wifl have to <br /> revegetate that area. Mr. Hayes stated it will be trenched along the inside of <br /> the stranger. Mr. Sherman stated before you get to the.walkover structure, it <br /> will come from the house so details are needed on that trench. Also, that is a <br /> separate fee, $250. The trench will need to be shown on a plan and a more <br /> significant walkover structure will need to be illustrated as that berm is very <br /> valuable for storm protection and to not compromise the vegetation Mr. <br /> Sherman would like to get up high enough and have enough space between <br /> slats so that it stays vegetated.. He felt the hearing could be closed upon <br /> receipt of these deta . . <br /> N1r. Johansen advised there is no DEP number, ownership form, nor receipt <br /> for mailing to the Wetland Conservancy. A o, P o and of App a als approval. <br /> Mr. Hayes advised he has a date certain for Board of Appeals and also they <br /> have notified, renotifted and notified and he provided the receipts. He advised <br /> that as the structure was traversing property of Chris Burden, they have been <br /> attempting to get back the paperwork from the. Treasurer. A letter of <br /> permission has been submitted from Chris Burden. There was a mailing to <br /> the wetland Conservancy and a copy of the letter should be in the Notice. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there should be a certified nail receipt for the <br /> Conservancy. Mr. Hayes agreed to provide this. In terms of fees, Mr. Hayes <br /> will send a supplemental fee schedule with cover letter to IEP and certified <br /> mail slip for that. <br />
