They are <br /> aware that if they wish anything larger, they will have to get a mooring <br /> permit. He was accosted by a DPW person the <br /> other night who asked shy he was picking on the DPW and why was he <br /> holding things up It is not him. - He does not like being yelled at in his <br /> private time. A plan was reviewed. <br /> Ms Ball advised that in order to protect the adjacent property they put a <br /> siltation barrier between the construction area and resource area. In the <br /> Notice of Intent for the house, portions of the backyard were designated as <br /> natural area. Since the pool is encroaching into a portion of that area that <br /> was to be planted, they will add additional plantings in other areas on the <br /> northwest portion of the site. The net result will be a greater natural area. <br />
