February 1998 Rage 16. 9:00 JOHN GURKIN for a Determination of Applicability on a request to install a Title V leaching facffity at 81 Uncle Edward's Road. Dave Sanicki presenting. Mr. Sherman questioned the purpose of the addition and was told it is outside the Commission's jurisdiction; the septic is within. He asked if the number of bedrooms would be raised and was told they will remain the acne. He requested an architectural plan. Mr. Sanicki agreed. Mr. Sherman will veru with the,assessors. The plan will be referenced in the RDA. Public comments: none., VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous Vote. NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. 9:05 MICHAEL GRANFIELD for construction of an in-ground Gunite swimming pool at 91 Monomoscoy Road +vest. Aft. Sherman stated the plan is acceptable except the salt marsh is not shown on the plan. Two flags will need to be shown on the plan and Mr. Sherman asked if the pool could be pulled back 10 feet? The hearing could be closed pending revised plan with the salt marsh shown and the pool moved. 1r. Grot ke agreed. He will meet with Mr. Sherman at the site and draw in the salt marsh. Public comment: none. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close subject to receipt of a revised plan showing the salt marsh and the pool moved 10 feet. Unanimous Vote CLOSED PENDING. 9:15 CARL J. DAVISON,N, 'I' . To amend the Order of Conditions for SE 3- 148 to pent 1090 s.f of lawn and vegetable garden; ars asphalt driveway 35' x 45'; 1 ' x 12' garden shed and 8' x 12' fenced dog enclosure; and 4' x ' terraced walkway at 91 Edgewater Road. No one was present for this Baring. Mr. Sherman stated some of this work was clone without a permit. He has some questions about the retaining walls. They put MO large stone retaining walls with no Ater cloth. He suggested,continuing the hearing. Public comment: none.
