Anthony lelGao was present with Mr. And Mrs. Ross. The plan changes requested have been made. When reconfigured, a natural herrn will be regraded, indicated where the flags are. Mr. Sherman was not in disagreement with the flags; the wetland flagging is fine. He asked if new lawn is proposed? There is a requirement that it cannot constitute more than 10% of the lot. This will have to be verified. There are fertilizer requirements. Mr. Del Go will provide the square footage. Mr. Sherman stated if more than 0%. it can he adjusted. Mr. elGai. o stated the area already is lawn. They seed the grass seed type. He advised one change the Board of Health requested was that the vent he tied into the vent stack for the house.
