Beach <br /> nourishment was required and a letter was received from his engineer asking <br /> to have this item waived as he does not want to day for it. The Board of <br /> Selectmen must have referred this to Kopelman & Paige who gave a legal <br /> opinion that we have every right to rewire beach nourishment. <br /> Land Purchases: It was made clear to Town Planner and George Costa <br /> that the Commission is not able to commit money as they dict last year. They <br /> need more money for appraisals.
