19 February 1998 <br /> Page 8. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if u will be trenched? A ditch-witch will,be used. I <br /> is already a road. Mr. Sherman stated it will not need to be revegetated.. It <br /> meets the performance standards for the Riverfront Act. <br /> Public comment: lone. <br /> VOTE: Lotion made and seconded to close pending resolution of taxes owed <br /> and receipt of DEP number. Unanimous vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 9:00 MARSHALL SHAL REM for clearing, grubbing of site, construction of <br /> dwelling and driveway and grading and landscaping within 100' of the top of <br /> the coastal bank at 7 Harbor Ridge Drive. Jeffrey Brenn presenting. 'there <br /> is no work being done in the 50 foot buffer. The house is 140' from the water's <br /> edge. The driveway was moved; plan revision date 19 February 1998. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he will verify staffing. He asked, with the regrading, how <br /> wild. the slope be held? Mr. Brem stated they are looking at bark mulch as <br /> being less maintenance intensive. Mr. Sherman stated there will be a pre- <br /> work on-site at which time here will have to be an agreement on ghat wih be <br /> used, prior to sign-off on the building permit. He suggested jute netting with <br /> bear berry. <br /> A letter of permission from D. Bissonette was react into the record. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of DFP number, <br /> Board of Health approval, verification of the staking and the Agent's <br /> approval of ground cover. Unanimous vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING, <br /> 9:10 JEFFREY C. CROSS to install three sections of fiber roll with <br /> plantings at 88 Waterway. W. & Mrs. Cross were present. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised when he was at the site, at high tilde the crack line <br /> obscured sections above. He arecommended approval pending a pre-work on- <br /> site and would reserve the right at that on-site to define the location where <br /> the fiber rolls should be placed.. <br /> Publiccomments: none. <br />
