19 March 1998 <br /> Page 10. <br /> Reserved Receipts: Mr. Sherman advised the law has changed and release <br /> of monies can be done by the Selectmen without going to Town Meeting. They <br /> will be asked to transfer funding for Aqua ' ara's salary. <br /> South Cape Beach: Part of the parking area asphalt has collapsed. Greg <br /> Taylor has an Order of Conditions for beach nourishment and under an RDA <br /> he was allowed to do the surface. He recommended allowing horn to do i <br /> again. <br /> Interpretive Fours: A request received for special tours by a local club for <br /> women. 'There was discussion of possible liability. It was agreed a fee should <br /> be paid. Further discussion deferred to next agenda. <br /> Wading Place Stairs: An amended Order of Conditions to be requested. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it would have to be denied if it still has the vertical <br /> wooden wall. It is std in a velocity zone and the bank is armored. They can <br /> appeal to IEP. <br /> Membership: Concern was raised for quorum problems. <br /> Mr. Green advised Ray Peters is .interested in serving as associate. <br /> W. Lopez and Mr. Wirs n were agreeable to appointment to full voting <br /> members. <br /> New Seahury 'Wish List": List of properties distributed for review. Mr. <br /> Sherman stated he will have to sit down with Tom Fudala and B ob <br /> whritenour. This is a concep to al wish hist. <br /> MAcc: l ft. Sherman advised he moderated two workshops at the Annual. <br /> Meeting. An offer was received from a gentleman in the Attorney General's <br /> office who would be happy to answer, on a personal basis, any legal questions, <br /> at any time. <br /> Ma hp a liver Woodlands Committee: This committee has been defunct <br /> for a number of years. A policy making advisory group is needed. <br /> The Chairman suggested Trout Unlimited may be interested., or the Sierra <br /> Club. <br /> EDB: Pressure tactics are beginning to be used. fir. Sherman advised Mr. <br /> Hoder wants him to come in. EPA said we should meet with Federal <br /> L <br />
