Mr. Sherman <br /> reported that no progress has been made due to his heavy work <br /> load. He did suggest however, that he and Mr. Green meet in <br /> order to discuss further plans to continue the work that already <br /> been permitted. They agreed to set a meting date at the close <br /> of this Meeting. <br /> O.B. # . Sign Self-Help Forms for Lopez and Besse. Mr. <br /> Sherman provided four copies for signature by the <br /> Commissioners. <br /> N.B. # -other. Mr. Green informed the Commission of a <br /> Wastewater Technology Trade Show, April 6, 1998, in Westboro, <br /> Mei. Mr. <br /> Sanicki provided the Clerk with Certified Mailing cards. He also <br /> presented. a Plan entitled, Proposed Site Plan, located in <br /> Mashpee, MA, prepared by Greg Hunt . <br /> Mr. Sanicki stated the Harbor Ridge Drive subdivision was <br /> filed with the Commission by S&R Surveying, Lakeville. He noted <br /> the delineation of wetlands, Bvw, and coastal bank was pant of <br /> thein approval before they applied for a subdivision. <br /> Mr. Sanicki proposed beginning at the most upper resource <br /> area, plus one 1 foot with reference to the Town Ch. 172, <br /> fifty foot natural buffer strip, from where Mr. Sanicki <br /> proposed building a five bedroom home, two car garage, <br /> septic system, water service, basic house construction with a <br /> deck. Dry wells are provided, work limits are shown proposed to <br /> be delineated with a siltation fence. <br /> Mr. Sherman commented this is a good Plan, that provides the <br /> required buffer distances. He reported that he has not had the <br /> opportunity to verify the staking. He recommended approval <br /> pending verification of staking. <br /> The Clerk reported he was not in recelp 0f a nuxrer.. <br /> _1 _ <br />
